  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the special nature of certain moments, the following custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 4210 Sundown Lane, Austin, US 78664. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refund Information

Once we receive your returned item:
