We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Fusion Store products meet your expectations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the special nature of certain moments, the following custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 4210 Sundown Lane, Austin, US 78664. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refund Information
Once we receive your returned item:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
